Homero Ibid (born 1949, Ciudad de Trece Templos, DM) is a prolific contemporary Ardispherian author of popular fiction, including more than 100 novels in the romance and action-thriller genres, with a few experimental deviations in historical and science fiction.

His name, which is his actual birth name, apparently of Lonica origin, has created problems for bibliographers and librarians.
