*Waleuk is off-time for Tor and the Byn. Plenty of opportunities for inter-clan interaction there.
*General Patrols are to include the Elementalist and Merchant's Quarters, Slave's Road, Shops and both of the City Gates.
*Village Patrols will occur only when there is enough time and men provided. The minimum travel requirement is two soliders with the permission of a Sergeant or higher ranked member of the militia.
